The Story of Sir Puntash and Bradford, the Seelie Redcaps

I am sure that you, gentle reader, know of the foul race of Fair Folk called redcaps, although there is nothing fair about them and they would rather eat their own mother than talk to them. As a whole they are dirty, ugly, smelly crude and vile. All except two, Sir Tiley Puntash and Bradford, the only two redcaps in service to the Seelie court.

These two redcaps started out as most redcaps do, being born in a dirty hovel and growing up with more brothers and sisters than an ant. Sir Puntash was born in the town of Guttergruel in the southern baronies of the Unseelie realms while Bradford was born in Crudshed, a hamlet in the northern realms of the Unseelie realms. Both did what most aspiring redcaps want to do, join up with the Warlord Belfess and fight. Theyre not too caring in whom they fight mostly, just that they get to fight and eat. While Sir Puntash served excellently under Warlord Belfess, raising to be an officer in his army, Bradford performed far less than adequately. It turned out Bradford has little talent for fighting and drinking. Instead his talents lay in cooking and insulting people, which didnt help much as h
